Overview
Wiseful was designed to transform daily walking commutes into an enjoyable and positive experience. At a surface level the Wiseful is a wall-propped key holder, however, when keys are removed from the hook Wiseful gives the user a daily good deed to do during their morning commute. The user removes their house keys from the hook before they leave for their morning commute. This triggers a light sequence to play creating an effect of walking between the laser cut silhouettes and lands on a random daily good deed. When the user returns home they put their keys on the complete or incomplete hook triggering a green or red light and a winning or losing sound.

This project was my initial introduction to creating prototypes with working code and components. It was designed to provide a simple but delightful experience for the user to create personal growth and satisfaction. The product was intended to be integrated into the usual routine of the user in an area where an action would be completed everyday. Thus, a key hook was selected to be the basis of the product since keys are something that would be taken on a commute by a user regardless of external factors.
